Amanda Sauter
Amanda Sauter is a dual-certified Family and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and currently practices in the Wellness Center at CAPS. She came to CAPS with over two years of experience as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Prior to starting her career as a nurse practitioner, she worked as a nurse for eleven years on the Burn & Plastic Surgery unit. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Ohio State University and went on to complete her Master of Science at Ohio State University, specializing as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She then completed her Post-Master’s Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate at Ohio University.
Amanda has a passion for managing patients during the menopause transition and assisting patients in reaching their weight-loss goals. She prioritizes treating patients from a holistic approach by focusing on diet, exercise, and lifestyle modifications. Amanda strives to help patients achieve their best version of self, by providing high-quality care and incorporating patient-centered interventions that optimize personal health and wellness goals.
