Alaina is an experienced Massage Therapist, licensed by the Ohio State Medical Board, and a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. While completing her bachelor's degree at The Ohio State University in 2010, she discovered her passion for hands-on therapies to relieve chronic conditions. One of her professors directed her to a Medical Model Massage Program at M.T. Wellness, a small chronic pain clinic in Columbus. She completed the program and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2012. After working with another therapist who offered lymphatic massage and witnessing the need for more lymphedema therapists, Alaina completed the Vodder-based Lymphedema Therapist Certification from the Academy of Lymphatic Studies in 2014. Since then, her massage practice has focused on helping those with oncology (including post lymph node removal), lipedema, pre/post surgery - orthopedic and aesthetic, chronic inflammation, autoimmune disorders, allergy issues, general detox, and wellness needs.

With more than a decade of client-focused care, Alaina is passionate about bringing relief to her clients. She takes pride in listening to her client’s needs and tailoring every session to meet those needs. Thrilled to bring her experience to CAPS, Alaina enjoys working as a dedicated member of a holistic medical team to help her clients feel, function, and look their best.
